Get pumped: It's the 15th annual Maha Festival, presented by Medical Solutions!
This year's celebration includes:
• Friday, July 28th & Saturday, July 29th: Maha Festival at Stinson Park in Aksarben Village
This year, volunteer shifts for Maha Festival are available from Thursday through Sunday in a variety of dates and times. A majority of shifts are 4 hours, some are shorter or longer based on day of the week and time of day. Please note the age restrictions and physical requirements of each shift before signing up to help us out. Looking forward to having you join our team!

***IMPORTANT*** Information for ALL Volunteers Regarding Your Volunteer Commitment:
As a security measure, on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 all volunteers will be asked to provide a bank card number in their VolunteerLocal profile which will be used to initiate a $50 hold to secure their shift. Tickets will not be released on Friday, July 28, 2023 without this deposit information on file.
If using a CREDIT CARD, it will have a $50 pre-authorization hold for 7 days from the time it is entered into our system. Use of a DEBIT CARD will deduct $50 immediately.
While the hold is for $50, no showing for your shift or shift abandonment after checking in will result in a charge for the full price of your GA ticket ($140) and a ban from volunteering at future events.
You will not lose the $50 unless you receive your tickets and do not show up at your shift or if you abandon your shift during the event.
After you complete your volunteer commitment:
-CREDIT CARD pre-authorization will be removed after 7 days from date of data entry and you will NOT be charged.
-DEBIT CARD $50 will be fully refunded after 7 days from date of data entry.
The organizers of Maha Festival and VolunteerLocal will not have access to your bank card data. Please email us at volunteer@mahafestival.com with questions.

Sign up instructions:
2. Complete (if brand new) or update (if a returning volunteer) your required information.
3. Upload a profile pic, if you'd like : )
4. Read the job description and requirements by clicking that link within the shift box.
5. Select the checkbox next to your desired SHIFT, DATE, TIME
6. Read, check, and sign the waiver
7. Click SUBMIT
8. Wait for the confirmation screen
9. Check your inbox for the confirmation message
10. Update your information or shift within your profile as needed until July 26 at 10 am.
